What is included in my order? 

Each of our sets include step-by-step instructions (paper form or PDF) and all bricks necessary for assembly of the model. 

How fast is shipping/processing?

Our free standard shipping offers worldwide delivery in 8-12 days after the processing of your order.

How can I track my order? 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your package's tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you'd like a status update on an order that has not yet shipped, or are unable to locate a shipping confirmation email, feel free to reach out to us via contact.

How do I cancel or return my order?

To request cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped or to request return of an order that has already been delivered, please contact us via contact.

I didn't receive any instruction

Some of our sets utilize digital instruction manuals (PDF) and do not come with any physical instructions. 

If your order did not include any physical instructions, the digital instructions can be accessed by scanning the QR code located on the packaging.

I received a damaged/defective item
